Who are your people? We know it’s important to be connected, but it’s hard to build lasting friendships. What if taking one simple step changed everything?

At HOPE, we’re trying to make it easier for you to find people who share your interests. We know that when you get together with people and have fun, you’ll begin to grow into a strong community that serves and grows together.

What if you are one step away from saying, “These are my people”?

At Hope Church, we believe Groups are essential to building relationships and encountering God through His Word. God made us with a need for community and friendship, and when we are not living in community, we suffer. Life in this world is too complex and tempting to journey alone.

It is our goal that everyone would connect to at least one Group at Hope Church.  Groups are either sermon-based - studying the biblical passages taught during Sunday's service - or based on common interest.  Our online Interest Form shows all of the available groups, including group type and when/where they meet.

Groups generally meet at a member's house and are composed of 8 to 12 people - a great setting to build personal relationships within the church body.  The calendar year is broken up into four sessions, allowing for clear entry and exit opportunities.  At the end of each session, every member is offered the opportunity to stay in the current group, check out another, or even take a session off.

If you're looking to get connected at Hope Church, Community Groups are the way to do it.  While it may be intimidating to be a new face in the crowd, we promise you won't be a stranger for long.
